The hens below are the basic birds of our family. Mated with different cocks they have given great racers. Later on it turned out how good the off spring is. Many fanciers find out how good some pigeons may breed when it is too late. When these hens were about 7 years old it appeared that it was mostly the same bloodlines that were responsible for the good results. In 90 percent of the cases at least one of these hens was to be found in the pedigree of a good record bird.

NL'87-1668087 ‘Stammoedertje 1", is one of the basic birds of the loft. Both her parents were bred by Gijs de Hartog from Laren She was never raced. Both her parents are of the bloodline of "t Hartje" (1e Nationaal St.Vincent) from Sjef van Wanroy. Late 2000, as a 13 year old she still gave a baby that is now in the stock loft.

 Het stammoedertje 2 was a direct bird from Antoon and Lucy van der Wegen. We got her in 1990 and in the pedigree we find ”Lamme” and ‘30’ (”Zoon Oud-doffertje”). She is mother of "Brive" and  "Blauwe van der Wegen" en grandmother of several good racers.

Strains now present in the stockloft.
1987 Birds bred off of direct Gijs de Hartog van Wanroy- and Kuijpersbirds via Jos Voortman from Maarssen.
1990 Direct pigeons from Antoon and Lucy van der Wegen from Steenbergen.
2000 A son from 4th National Marseille from Jac. Steketee, Bruinisse
2000 Birds from Piet de Vogel from Oude Tonge
2001 A son and 2 grandchildren from 1st National Barcelona 1997 Willy Looijmans
2002 A daughter of 1st National Barcelona 1997 Willy Looijmans 
and a son bred together 1st National Barcelona 1997 X "Brive"
